Session replay and heatmaps. Microsoft Clarity and Crazy Egg record how visitors interact with pages — mouse movement, scrolling, clicks, and page navigation — to help us find usability problems. These tools are configured to mask text entered into form fields, and we do not use them to read the contents of your submissions. Recordings are used for site improvement only.
A note on advertising cookies. Under some state privacy laws, the use of cross-context behavioral advertising cookies may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, even though no money changes hands.
