This 16,000 sq ft roof had an old rolled asphalt roof in the flat area and wood shake shingles in the sloped perimeter. We removed it all and replaced all damaged wood efficiently.
After arranging the installation of scaffolding around the perimeter, we installed Certainteed Presidential Shake TL shingles in the sloped areas and for the flat roof, we installed a 1” insulation board for underlayment and a new 60 Mil Single Ply TPO Roof membrane with APEEL protective film, in order to provide a more clean/neat project. After replacing over 70 sheets of damaged plywood and over 100ft of damaged fascia, our team managed to complete this job within 3 weeks.
