This 30,000 sq ft project recently completed in summer of 2025, our team remodeled this entire flat roof by Removing old roof in one section and overlaying a new 60mil PVC Single Ply roof system adding a 20-year NDL Manufacturer’s warranty where the manufacturer covers both the material as well as our labor for 20 years.
PVC Single Ply is a more resistant membrane great for restaurants or other facilities releasing grease through their vents.
It took our team nearly 5 weeks to complete from start to finish. Our clients do not have to worry about leaking anymore for 20 years.
