This project, completed in fall of 2024, benefited from our company providing a 20-year NDL warranty (manufacturer covering both materials and our workmanship for 20 years).
In this 5 story building, our team acquired the right equipment to get it done and saved the clients thousands of dollars by leaving the existing roof there and just laying over with the new materials, as valid per manufacturer requirements and building code.
This was a detailed project with a lot of penetrations in the roof where our team worked diligently to get it done properly and in a timely manner, with minimum interruption to the senior residents.
The general contractors and property managers who hired us for this project were so pleased with our work and continued to use our company in many more projects after this.
