Ascent Roofing was selected to perform the tile relay in all 43 multi-unit roofs of this HOA located in Del Mar, CA, each roof consisting approximately of 3,500 sq ft. It’s taking our team over 14 months to complete this whole project, which we started in December 2024, and residents, HOA board and property managers have been pleased with our work.
In this tile relay, our work consists of replacing the underlayment and old flashing components and broken tiles.
